 Large diameter steel reinforced polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe is developed

by Goldstone based on the normal polyethylene corrugated pipe.

The innovated reinforced corrugated pipe provide the steel reinforced structure

definitely increasing the ring stiffness of the corrugated pipe.in the mean time,

the weight of the pipe has been obviously reduced. The pipe diameter could be ranged from 600mm to 2400mm, which gives the large diameter pipe the better ring stiffness more than SN8.

The pipe has innovated three layers wall structure. The steel reinforced layer is

in the middle structure to provide the high stiffness, and either the inner layer

or outer layer is formed by high-density polyethylene that protects the pipe out of the corrosion.

And there is a super bond medium between steel and polyethylene which integrate them tightly into one piece.
