Detailed Product Description
PP-R stable-state pipe is an extension of the traditional PP-R pipe, which is reinforced
by short fiberglass in medium layer of the pipe. To overcome the rigidity
disadvantage of the PP-R pipe, Goldstone has innovated a new sandwich structure.
The inner and outer layer is normal PPR, short fiberglass is combined in the
middle to be the strengthening layer.
The pipe is made by a co-extrusion system composed of four extruders, three of them
for pipe, one for marking line. The uniquely designed spiral co-extrusion die
could allocate the fiberglass regularly in the reinforced layer and bond the three
layers into an integer.
Compared with the traditional PP-R pipe, such enhanced pipe characters higher rigidity,
lower expansion and higher pressure. And because of the medium fiberglass
layer, the pipe can save more expensive material of PPR.
Considering the convenience for our customers, we as well provide the granulating
extrusion line for making the short fiberglass.
