Detailed Selling Lead Description
Steel wire reinforced polyethylene composite pipe (SRP Pipe) is an innovative pipe system developed by Goldstone independently. The polyethylene pipe has been reinforced by wrapping the high strength steel wire in the middle layer of the pipe. This results the pipe working pressure could easily reach 4Mpa (diameter < D110), 3Mpa (diameter < D200), and 2Mpa (diameter < D500).

Thinking of the different requirements of our customer, the extrusion line is flexibility either for standard polyethylene pipe or composite pipe. We aim to bring you more benefit with the minimal investment.

The machine has Goldstone's owned intellectual property rights and patent. The new technology makes the PE pipe stronger, durable and brings high economic benefit.

Steel wire, fiberglass, polyester fiber or other kinds of high strength fiber could be used as the medial reinforced layer on the polyethylene pipe. With these strengthening materials, the working pressure resistance of the composite pipe is raised to 4Mpa. We developed our know-how of composite wall structure so that the polyethylene and the reinforced material could be integrated into one well-combined part.

Pipe can be used as the pressure pipe systems in industry, agriculture, construction, petroleum, etc.
